A50 YEAR OLD FEMALE PATIENTS WITH FEVER
April 25, 2022 This is an online e-log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patient's problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence based inputs. CHEIF COMPLAINT :- A 50 year old female bought to casualty with a complaint of fever. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:- A 50 yr old female patient who is agricultural labour by occupation was apparently asymptomatic 10days ago and then she developed high grade fever continous fever with no h/o of chills . Fever associated with cough and cold then she went to a local hospital were treatment taken and subsided. Then fever reappeared 3 days ago high grade fever associated with chills . HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS : - N/k/c/o Dm, hypertension,asthma epilepsy K/c/o thyroid since 12 year
